How to Submit Public Comment
Members of the public are encouraged to participate in public comment through the Zoom platform using the link or phone number above.
If you wish to comment but not via a live platform, please email public comments to pc-comments@atascadero.org. Such email comments must identify the Agenda Item Number in the subject line of the email. The comments will be forwarded to the Planning Commission and made a part of the administrative record. To ensure distribution to the Planning Commission prior to consideration of the agenda, the public is encouraged to submit comments no later than 12:00 p.m. the day of the meeting. If a comment is received after the deadline for submission but before the close of the meeting, the comment will still be included as a part of the administrative record of the meeting but will be forwarded to the Planning Commission the next business day. Please note, email comments will not be read into the record.
