Public Works Department RFPs, RFQs & Projects
The Public Works Department uses a website hosted by Quest Construction Data Network to distribute project plans and specifications. Via this site, potential contractors, subcontractors and suppliers can view bid results and preview current projects at no charge.
In order to purchase and download project plans and specifications, bidders will need to register with Quest Construction Data Network. Please be advised, only bidders who have registered and downloaded project plans, will be added to the planholder's list.

ZONING CODE UPDATE
The City of Atascadero, California is currently accepting proposals from qualified firms with expertise in zoning for leading a process resulting in the preparation of a new zoning code for the city.
The City is looking for a comprehensive update and reorganization of its current zoning code that includes a clear and concise description of new land use categories with the adoption of the 2045 General Plan. The zoning code has been recently updated to include provisions such as SB9, ADU’s and Multi-Family Objective Design Standards. These and other relevant items should be carried forward into the new zoning code.
