Form 700 - Statement of Economic Interests (SEI)
The following elected officials of the City of Atascadero are required, by the California Political Reform Act, to file a Statement of Economic Interests, Form 700, annually: City Council Members and the City Treasurer.

Copies of Statements of Economic Interests (SEI's) are available for review in the City Clerk’s office at City Hall. Copies can also be made available. SEI's filed by certain local officials may be available in electronic format on the FPPC’s website.
Form 460/470 Campaign Committee Reports*
A candidate’s campaign committee, a general purpose committee, a political party committee, a slate mailer organization, a major donor, and a person or entity making independent expenditures on candidates or ballot measures in California are all types of committees subject to the campaign rules under the Act. Such committees are required to file FPPC Forms 460 Campaign Committee Reports and 470 Filings which can be browsed at our Public Records Weblink resource site under the City Clerk folder or by clicking the link below.

FPPC Form 802, Agency Report of Ceremonial Role Events & Ticket/Pass Distribution
On February 8, 2011, the City Council adopted Resolution 2011-008, establishing a policy to govern the receipt and distribution of tickets and/or passes. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that all tickets or passes provided to the City are distributed in furtherance of governmental and/or public purposes in accordance with California Fair Political Practices Commission Regulation 18944.1.
