3CE (Central Coast Community Energy) is one of two electricity service providers available to Atascadero residents. 3CE purchases power from renewable energy resources and supplies it to a grid that PG&E then transmits to customers. Customers enrolled with 3CE will still receive their electricity, billing, gas, taxes, and other fees via PG&E, but the power provided will be from renewable energy resources. Atascadero residents can opt out of 3CE enrollment by visiting their website or by contacting a Customer Service Energy Advisor at 1-877-455-2223.
