On Friday and Saturday, September 17th & 18th, the City of Atascadero sponsored the 5th Annual Showdown Cornhole Tournament presented by Knights of Columbus and Kiwanis Club of Atascadero.
This year, the two-day tournament kicked off at the Ravine Waterpark in Paso Robles on Friday with sixteen teams and the main tournament in the Sunken Gardens in Atascadero on Saturday with 64 Teams! A total of 160 participants played this year between both venues and a ton of fun for the spectators. Both days were filled with different experiences from the new miniature golf course at the Ravine to the live music on Saturday by the Deja-Vu Band, and DJ Manuel Medina with Medina Light Show & Designs. A special thanks to the Ravine Water Park for hosting on Friday, and to everyone who participated on Saturday with Lighthouse Coffee, Boy Scout Troop 51, Knights of Columbus and Kiwanis grilling up hamburgers.
