  7. DESCRIPTION OFCONDITIONSUPON ARRIVAL: Upon arrival units found a single story single family residence with heavy smoke coming from the eaves and gable vents. As the first unit was giving a report of a working attic fire, the roof collapsed on a portion of the structure. All occupants were reported to be out of the structure.
  8. ANY UNUSUAL PROBLEMS DURING FIRE DEPARTMENT OPERATION: The homeowner, while evacuating, opened windows and doors to help clear the smoke. This increased the oxygen supply to the attic fire dramatically speeding the spread.
  9. MINUTES UNTIL EMERGENCY WAS CONTROLLED: 58 minutes
  10. INJURIES TO EMERGENCY PERSONNEL OR CIVILIANS: None

  12. FIRE CAUSE: Under Investigation
