Human Resources, a Division of the City Manager's Office, coordinates the recruitment, selection, training, evaluation, and growth of employees within the City of Atascadero. Human Resources also supports current employees benefits, work environment, and safety programs. It is responsible for carrying out all the activities essential to the administration of personnel functions.
