Cold Mix Asphalt Program

Cold mix asphalt is available to residents of Atascadero for use in the public right of way.  It is free for use on publicly owned, non-City Maintained roads only. Cold Mix Asphalt may be used to fill “pot-holes” and other minor road repairs, but may not be used for speed humps, drainage berms or private driveways. Cold mix can be obtained at Fire Station No.1 at 6005 Lewis Avenue.  For additional information,  call the Public  Works  Department,  at 470-3456.
