The Administrative Services Department is responsible for finance and risk management services of the City. The Administrative Services Director oversees a staff of six employees. Together, the department coordinates the development of the annual budget, oversees purchasing, processes Accounts Payable and Payroll, performs General Ledger fund accounting and reporting, manages risk, and fulfills grant requirements and reporting.
