Once the form is complete, click the "submit" button in the top-right corner of the page.

Enter your email address and your name in the first pop-up box.

The second pop-up box should look like the following:

Choose "Desktop Email Application" if you use Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, or Mail. This option will automatically submit the form.

Choose Internet Email if you use an email service such as Yahoo, Hotmail, or Gmail. This option will require you to save the pdf on your computer before you submit it. You will need to open your email and attach the form, then submit to permitcenter@atascadero.org

If the form has been successfully submitted, you should receive a return email from the City within 2 hours. Please call 461-5035 with any questions or concerns.
