Lead soil abatement continued at the basement. Soils were removed, stockpiled, and contained in storage bins at the exterior of the basement. Final soils testing will confirm abatement complete early next week. In addition, the Basement Demolition contractor finalized their scope of work completing the final clean up of the basement and site, and the placement of Storm Water Protection at the perimeter of all disturbed areas of the site. The Basement Demolition will be complete following final soils tests confirming lead removal, and City Inspection. Upcoming activities include Penthouse Demolition contractor mobilization and the release of Bid Package ACH-8 Historical Repair & Rehabilitation.
